Casting Society (CSA) Launches New Original Interview Series “The Callback” In Partnership with TSMA Studios Spotlighting the Art of Casting

Premiere Episode Debuts on March 10th and Features Actor Mark Hamill in Conversation with Casting Director Rich Delia.

Los Angeles, CA - February 26, 2026 - Casting Society (CSA) is expanding its platform with the debut of an original YouTube interview series, “The Callback,” dedicated to exploring the artistry, impact, and evolving role of casting across film, television, commercials and theater. CSA created the series in partnership with leading YouTube production company TSMA Studios. The series will debut and stream on Casting Society's YouTube Channel.

The announcement of the series will be made today at the 41st Annual Artios Awards being held in Los Angeles, New York and London. The premiere episode will air on Tuesday, March 10 and features award-winning actor Mark Hamill in conversation with acclaimed casting director Rich Delia, CSA. All episodes will be available to stream on YouTube.  Upcoming episodes include conversations with Magical Elves SVP of Casting Ron Mare with the casting team from “Top Chef” and “Love Island” casting director Jodi Thomas and contestant Deborah “Deb” Chubb.

In the premiere episode, Delia sits down with his longtime friend and collaborator Hamill for a wide-ranging discussion about Hamill’s extraordinary career, from his breakout role in “Star Wars” to his latest film, “The Long Walk,” in which Delia served as casting director. The conversation also examines the casting decisions that helped shape some of the most enduring stories in modern cinema.

“The Callback” delivers candid, in-depth conversations with some of the industry’s most influential casting directors from both scripted and unscripted projects. Each episode offers an unfiltered look at how casting choices shape storytelling long before cameras roll. Taped in Los Angeles and New York City, the series will soon expand to include global casting perspectives in future installments. “The Callback” will explore the full spectrum of formats that define today’s entertainment landscape.
