The above application forms are fillable-PDF documents. You can complete the form within Adobe Acrobat.
However, you will not be able to save the data that you have entered unless: - You have Adobe Acrobat Professional; in which case you can save the PDF along with what you have typed in.
- You save from the PRINT menu under "SAVE AS PDF" (may not be available on your machine); this will "print" the form to PDF; note that you cannot modify the form once you've printed it.
Therefore once you've completed the form, be sure to save or print it; otherwise you may lose the data once you close the document.
